Merton Schools Golf Outing & Dinner Fundraiser

Help Make A Difference in Our Children's Education

Was your favorite subject recess? Do you remember the need to burn some energy in the middle of the day so you could focus better in class? Schools today have begun many healthy initiatives as research shows that healthy kids make better students. Merton Schools believes in healthy kids and are in need of upgrading and adding to our outdoor playground equipment at both the Primary and Intermediate Schools (Grades 4K-8).

Therefore, the Merton School District has begun a fundraising campaign to raise $20,000 to benefit all current and future Merton students. There is a way you can help!

I am pleased to inform you that on September 19, 2009 our schools will be hosting our 4th annual “Merton Mustang Golf Outing and Dinner Auction.” The evening will be spent with good company, exquisite food and will feature both a silent and live auction.

The Golf, Dinner & Auction Fundraiser is only made possible through the volunteers who plan and run the event. We need volunteers to help with set up and service on the event day.
